Reflexology, or zone therapy, is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing parts on the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a feeling of well-being that can help promote healing.
These therapies are used in Cancer centres such as the Royal Marsden. All complementary therapies in the Lady Williams Cancer Support Centre are carried out by qualified practitioners.
